CO-FOUNDER & CEO

Constantine has decades of experience in the software industry at IBM and Microsoft. He is a COO & Co-Founder of Akvelon, Inc., a software engineering company. Constantine was born in Kharkiv, Ukraine, and this war is very personal for him.

Nina co-founded United With Ukraine in 2022. She left the board of directors in 2023 and has devoted her career to being a judge in the San Mateo Country Superior Court. She was born in Kyiv, Ukraine.
