Helping Ukrainian Medics: Medical Aid for Ukraine
In June 2024, United With Ukraine delivered $4,945.39 worth of medical aid to Ukrainian medics and hospitals in the hardest-hit areas and on the very front lines of the battlefield.
We delivered 520 packs of essential medications, 910 medical and first aid supplies, and 2 surgical instruments to the 66th Military Mobile Hospital, the 450th Zaporizhzhia military hospital, and the combat medics of the 31st Mechanized Brigade.
The gratitude from Ukrainian medics and defenders has been overwhelming, with many heartfelt thanks received by our volunteers in person. Akvelon Ukraine Social Initiative
In June 2024, our sister organization, Akvelon Ukraine Social Initiative, demonstrated its unwavering commitment to supporting Ukraine by dedicating $3,931.19 towards battlefield effectiveness equipment and tactical clothing. Moreover, they delivered 10 gas masks and 16 replacement filters to protect the Ukrainian defenders against chemical weapons used by Russia in violation of the Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC). This aid was delivered to the 93rd Separate Mechanized Brigade, the 36th Marine Brigade of the Ukrainian Navy, the 108th Separate Mountain Assault Battalion, and the artillery units of the 123rd Territorial Defense Brigade of Ukraine.
Namely, Akvelon Ukraine Social Initiative has contributed to bolstering Ukrainian defense capabilities by delivering:
- 10 gas masks and 16 replacement filters - $758.77.
- 5 sets of summer tactical uniforms (pants and shirts) - $1,479.74.
- EcoFlow DELTA portable power station - $914.03.
- 18 demining shovels - $444.66.
- 4 tyres for a medical evacuation vehicle - $333.99.
