Akvelon Ukraine Social Initiative is a Ukrainian registered charitable organization that has vast connections and a huge network of trusted volunteers on the ground in Ukraine. With their help, United With Ukraine is able to expedite the logistics of sourcing and delivering supplies to the very front lines.
Our partnering organization, Akvelon Ukraine Social Initiative have been working tirelessly since the very beginning of the full-scale war to provide urgent relief for Ukrainian medics, defenders, and those most affected by the Russian invasion.
In this first report, we would like to offer you a glance into Akvelon Ukraine Social Initiative's impact.
In September and October 2022, Akvelon Ukraine Social Initiative delivered $8,971.8-worth of vital medical equipment to help Ukrainian medics save more lives. The aid mostly consisted of life-saving and emergency equipment to provide emergency care on the ground before delivering a person to medical care facilities.
Namely, Akvelon Ukraine Social Initiative delivered:
- 1 NP32 Stan NPWT device for wound healing and accessories
- 2 portable wireless ultra-sound systems
- 2 portable heaters of infusion solutions
- 30 CAT blood-stopping tourniquets
In October and September, Akvelon Ukraine Social Initiative also prioritized radio and communications equipment, which is critical for coordination and technical advantage on the frontlines.
They raised $15,006.3 to delivered much-needed radio & communications equipment:
- 7 Starlink satellite internet systems
- 16 Motorola 4800 digital portable radios
